2026 WSRO Conference Speakers Your WSRO Conference is almost here! Deadline Extended! We’re looking forward to this year’s WSRO conference, “The Core of Connections", Sunday, September 20th through September 22nd, in Wenatchee, Washington! The conference’s inspiration is drawn the beautiful region of orchards and rivers that makes Wenatchee known as the Apple Capital of the World. We are extremely excited to be able to present to you a diverse offering of topics and networking opportunities at this year's conference. However, none of this is possible without the generosity and talents of our peers in the industry willing to share their insights and best practices. As we build the agenda, please check back here often to follow the latest updates on WSRO 2026! Though we are past the deadline, do not be dismayed if you are hit with inspiration to share your interest in TDM with a potential session topic. This form is still open, and any sessions not able to make this year's agenda will be considered for possible webinars or for WSRO 2027! |

| Don Billen is the CEO of Link Transit responsible for overall agency performance, staff success, strategic direction, and alignment with Board policies. He has 30 years’ experience in transit planning, capital project development, and regional coordination. His background includes leadership roles at Sound Transit, where he led system, service, and project planning as the Executive Director of Planning, Environment and Project Development. His work has focused on bringing out the best in employees along with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making and collaboration with local, state, and federal partners. |
