Just as a symphony or musical score can come because of mindful composition, with the right skills Employee Transportation Coordinators (ETCs) can compose captivating engagement and communications pieces. This session will 1) explore organizational change, through the lens of engagement and communication, and 2) the key components of inclusion, including decentralization of efforts, resource diversification, and resource accessibility and 3) how these factors promote equity and participation with Commute Trip Reduction programs. Attendees will be introduced to practical concepts to effectively engage and communicate CTR information to their organization’s employees. We'll share endeavors that have been effective in the Department of Natural Resources.
