This population received a lot of attention during the COVID-19 pandemic as "essential workers" but is no longer receiving incentives or benefits now that others are returning to office work. As agencies consider simplifying or expanding reduced fare programs and business programs, this offers insight into how those different teams might work together to support this population of worker.
